Amy and Ryan will be tying the knot in The Little Vegas Chapel, Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday 27th September 2026.
After 12 years together, we decided it was finally time to think about a wedding. It didn’t take long for us to realise we didn’t want traditional - we wanted fun… Viva Las Vegas!
In true Amy & Ryan fashion, we actually started planning the wedding before we even got engaged. We then surprised our closest family and friends with the Vegas news just days after our engagement in Greece in October 2025.
We’ll be saying our vows in Las Vegas surrounded by a small group of our nearest and dearest. As much as we would love to bundle you all onto a plane with us, we’ll be keeping the ceremony intimate - but we cannot wait to celebrate with everyone back home.
Let’s do it all over again (with you there).

Expect disco balls, great music, strong drinks and a proper party. This isn’t a formal sit-down wedding - just a big celebration with all our favourite people in one room
Please RSVP to let us know if you can make it by Monday, 29th June 2026.
How to find us, get home, and somewhere to sleep.

You’ll find The Hidden Oak at Elton Moor Farm, just off Darlington Back Lane near Stockton-on-Tees, with easy access from the A66. It’s roughly a 25-minute drive from Hartlepool, and there’s plenty of parking on-site. If you’re coming by train, Stockton station is nearby - only around 10 minutes away by taxi.
We're asking everyone arrives from 3pm to be seated for the Reception at 4pm.

There will be a coach taking guests to Hartlepool once the party has ended but we need to know numbers in advance.
If you need a ride back to Hartlepool, please include this on your RSVP and fill out the form for each person on your invite!

All the answers before the group chat starts asking.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by Monday, 29 June 2026. This may seem early, however, our venue requires accurate guest numbers.
What are the options for food?
It wouldn't be our wedding if we didn't have pizza. There's no need to decide now but there'll be a choice on the day of Pepperoni, Margherita and Mediterranean Veg. All will be served with a portion of loaded fries and for those it's either BBQ Pulled Pork & Cheese or Mexican Style. We'll also have a snack table later in the evening!
Are you having any traditions?
Yes, despite us eloping in Las Vegas we are still having some wedding traditions for our reception at home! There will be an entrance from the bride and groom, six wonderful bridesmaids and groomsmen and some speeches at the top table (don’t worry – we time capped them). Most importantly – Amy gets to wear a wedding dress, and the rare occasion you will see Ryan in a suit!!!!!
What are the timings for the day?
Guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm onwards and must be seated in time for the reception at 4pm. For evening guests, please arrive from 7:30pm onwards. The evening will come to a close at 11:45pm. If you are not making use of the coach back to Hartlepool, please have your transport home arranged for then.
What can we expect on the day?
Our reception will start with an entrance from the bride and groom, and going into speeches from our loved ones – from what we’ve heard of the planning for those, strap in. Once these are done, the party starts!
No surprise from us – there will be A LOT of music! Expect cheesy tunes to emo bangers. We have a lovely singer to serenade your trips to the bar earlier in the evening – featuring bangers and some cheesy hits. As the evening proceeds, our wonderful friend and one of Ryan’s fellow music producers will be DJing. Please note – this will get loud! You can expect some house and some drum and bass. Note to the other DJs in the room – respectfully no, you won’t need your USBs as this is not your time to shine. This is not Lost Lands and there will be no mega b2b2b2b2b. Soz.
Are children and plus-ones welcome?
Due to limited guest numbers, children and plus ones are not invited unless stated on your invite. If you need to clarify, please contact us on the email in our contact section. Despite not having a traditional wedding, we will still have a seating plan for the beginning of the evening to make sure everyone is seated and comfortable.
Is there a dress code?
We request semi-formal. Suits and ties for the gents, and cocktail dresses for the ladies. No t-shirts or jeans please. The party may be in October, but don’t be afraid of wearing bright colours – wait until you see the décor!
Gifts Registry
We don’t expect any gifts from our guests and after 13 years together, we have everything we need. If you do insist, we would be grateful for contributions for our honeymoon planning!
Food Allergies
If you have any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, please note this in the RSVP below. Please do not bring any outside food or snacks – a VIP guest of ours has a severe nut allergy and we are very protective of her!!!!
How can we contact you?
